William James Willenbrecht

William J. Willenbrecht, 81, of Lander, Wyoming, died on April 29, 2019 at his home 350 Washington St. A Family Led Casual Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, June 16, 2019 at the Family Home, 350 Washington St, Lander. Please bring lawn chairs.
Bill was born on June 9, 1937 to A.A. (Slim) Willenbrecht & Anna Japp Willenbrecht in New Castle, Wyoming. He served in the U.S. Army, worked in the uranium and coal mines, loved the outdoors, fishing, going to the mountains, & sitting quietly enjoying nature.
He loved his children, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, very much, and will be greatly missed.
Bill was preceded in death by 2 brothers, John and Robert; sister, Lois; daughter, Sue Willenbrecht Fischer.
Bill is survived by wife, Evelyn of Lander; son, Mark of Lander; daughters,Robin (Bill) Dorr of Steanboat, Colorado, & Kim Willenbrecht of Wright, Wyoming; sister, & Glennis Jensen of Utah.
