William Doc "Billy" Stewart

William Doc "Billy" Stewart passed away, in his home, on October 4, 2009. Billy was born May 17, 1975 in Douglas, Wyoming to Dannie Ardell Stewart and Ellen Munkres Stewart.

Billy was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed four wheeling, ranching, hunting, assisted with the One Shot Antelope Hunt, Wild Turkey Federation, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and was a Volunteer Fire Fighter with Lander Rural Fire Department Battalion #3. The happiest moments of his life were the births of his sons.

Billy married Kellie Curtis on August 7, 1999. They then had two sons, Terin William Stewart and Brayden Wyatt Stewart.

Billy is survived by his wife, Kellie Curtis Stewart of Glenrock, Wyoming; sons, Terin William Stewart and Brayden Wyatt Stewart Glenrock, Wyoming; mother, Ellen Stewart of Lander; grandmother, Audrey Munkres of Lander; brother Frank (companion Marika) Stewart of Kalispell, Montana; sisters, Karen Frazier of Lander, and Marilyn Desmond also of Lander; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a wealth of friends.

Billy is preceded in death by father, Dannie Stewart and sister, Diana Stewart.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 8, 2009 at Hudson's Funeral Home from 4:00p – 7:00pm.

The Funeral Service will begin at 2:00pm on Friday, October 9, 2009 at Hudson's Funeral Home, Lander. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Lander.
