Trisha Nicole C'Hair-Clark

Trisha Nicole "Nikki" C'Hair-Clark passed away in Fort Washakie, WY on August 24, 2024. Nikki was 32 years old. Wake Service will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 7 pm at Barbara Armour's Residence 33 Johnstown Valley Road, Kinnear, WY. Funeral services will be held at 10 am, Friday, August 30, 2024, at Blue Sky Hall with interment at Sacajawea Cemetery—a feast to follow at Blue Sky Hall.

Nikki was born November 21, 1991, in Lander, Wyoming to the late Sharlee Dawn Armour & Brent C'Hair. She was raised by the late Bruce Armour & Barbara Armour.

Nikki was a lifelong resident of the Wind River Indian Reservation with 10 years of military deployment throughout the United States and overseas. She attended school at Wind River School and Wyoming Indian High School. Before being honorably discharged from the military she was stationed at Fort Knox Military Base in Kentucky. During her military years, she was a certified electrician. She spent most of her young life in the military. Nikki enjoyed crocheting, gambling, spending time with her family and friends, drawing, running, pow-wows and long walks. Although Nikki never had any children of her own, she was "mom" to all her nieces and nephews and loved them with all her heart.

Nikki is survived by her father Brent C'Hair, grandmother Barbara Armour and sister Brentina C'Hair (Wayne); adopted Mother Kimberly (Don) Ferris; aunts Kathy Hill, Leana Copperfield, Venora Upshaw, Rosa (Delmar) Duran, and Lauriann (Irvin) Yazzie; uncles Steve Hill, Leland (Christie) Hill Sr.; sisters Antonia Tidzump, Anneshia (Wendell) Hill, Rossie Hill, Alexis Eagle, Shyne (Greg) Duran, Justine Bear, Michaela SpottedElk, Kristlyn SpottedElk, Mathelia (KK) Pino, Aeleen Cuch, Dorothy Reed, Rane Upshaw, Ranel Upshaw, Cassie Bush, and Sierra Ferris; brothers Antoine (Gladys) Tidzump, Jay (Kyriea) Hill, Tim Hill, Herbie Tidzump, Jr., Blue Jay Tidzump, Justin (Mykie) Bear, Marlin Azbill, Jack Jones, Leland (Danika) Hill, Jr., Austin D. (Alli Jo) Hill, Lane Hill, Mahoon (Nikita) Yazzie, Mike (Krishina) Yazzie, Logan Bush, Rodick Upshaw, Romeo Upshaw, Eric Bush Jr., Ethan Bush, and Celits Mart; nieces Trisha Day, Alyssandra Bearing, Alysianna Bearing, Karliah Basina, Falyn Tidzump, Antoria Tidzump, Elli Jo Sue Hill, Annecia Surrell, Lorraine-Ann Surrell, Leigha Surrell, and Nya Hill; nephews Bruce Day, Gabriel Day, Lennox Hill, Richie Hill, Titus Hill, Little Antoine Tidzump, Julius Myore, Hunting L. Hill, Leyton Hill, Adriano Hill, and Frankie Monroe; grandchildren Tobias Hill and Kyon Pamonicutt.

She is also survived by her extended family. Preceded in death by her mother Sharlee Dawn Armour; grandfather Bruce Armour; maternal great-grandparents John and Annie Tidzump; grandmothers Mary Ann Tillman and Melinda Tidzump; brother Darien Ferris; uncles Herbie, Herman, Richard Tidzump, Kenneth Hill, and Eric Bush Sr; cousins Uriah Greyeyes, John Roy Tidzump, Roger Upshaw, Bud Perry, and Mabeline Yazzie; grandchildren 3 Baby Hills, Rylan and Liam Upshaw.

She was also preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Wayne C'Hair, her paternal great-grandparents, William and Eva C'Hair, Sr.; and her cousins Larry Oldman III, and Loretta Oldman.
