Tracy Jean Carr, was born February 10, 1973 to Kenneth E. and Joyce C. Carr in Casper, Wyoming.
She attended A.J. Woods school until her 21st birthday, where she met and loved many people.
Following the death of her parents, Tracy lived with her sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Sid Humberson in Lingle, Wyoming for 5 years. Tracy then moved to the Wyoming Life Resource Center in Lander Wyoming. Her happy attitude endeared her to all those around her. Tracy taught many people love and thankfulness for what they have and the possibility for enduring happiness, even when one is without. She enjoyed her family and friends. Tracy enjoyed the outdoors and camping. The rougher the ride the more she liked it, whether in her wheelchair or on a snowmobile.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers-in-law, Sidney Humberson and Alex Zentner, grandparents, George and Dica Carr of Bassettt, NE and N.O. and Isabelle Schooley of Outtumwa Iowa, Aunts and Uncles, Richard and Betty Purkey of Casper, Wy, Janet and Jim Rumans of Ottumwa, IA, Terry Schooley and Tom Schooley of Ottumwa, IA.
She is survived by Sister, Sharon Humberson, Lingle Wy, Sister Sandra Zenter of West Des Moines, IA.,Two nephews, Four nieces, thirteen great nephews and nieces and four great great nephews and two great great nieces. Numerous caregivers in Casper, Lingle, Torrington and Lander
