Terrance Duane Redman (Terry), age 77, of Lander, Wyoming went to be with the Lord at his home on Monday, May 26, 2025. Terry was born in Lusk, Wyo. on October 08, 1947, to Duane N. and Wanda E. Warnock Redman of Dubois, where he was raised.

While a senior in high school Terry met and fell in love with his beloved wife, Bonnie. They graduated from Dubois High School in the spring of 1966. In 1967 Terry enlisted in the United States Coast Guard and was sent to New York City for culinary school, were Bonnie joined him, and were married there. After training Terry was stationed in Kodiak, AK on the Coast Guard Cutter Confidence. He loved the ocean, the work and crewmen on the Confidence. After leaving the Coast Guard in 1971, Terry, Bonnie, and son, moved back to Dubois. While in Dubois, Terry joined the volunteer ambulance service. Shortly after he was employed as an EMT in Columbus, NC where they were starting a hospital-based ambulance service. After a little over three years, he returned to Wyoming with his growing family, where he worked for a soda ash mine in Green River as an EMT/Security Guard. In 1985 Terry changed careers and moved his family to Lander to work for Wyoming Wood Products building log homes and was the mill foreman for almost seventeen (17) years. From 1987 through the 90s he also helped his wife, Bonnie, run and operate Redman's Garden Center in Lander. In the late 90's Terry worked for Fremont County Roads driving trucks/snowplows, until his retirement. After retirement, Terry and Bonnie spent many winter months (snowbirds) in AZ. They enjoyed traveling, hiking, picnicking, attending church and celebrating birthdays and holidays with their friends and family.

Terry's passion was to serve others. He spent 20 years dedicated to the Lander Rural Volunteer Fire Department. Those who knew him will remember him by his unwavering faith in the Lord Jesus, his infectious smile, laughter, love and kindness, and compassion to everyone he knew and encountered. He didn't know a stranger and people were very much at ease around him. Terry was a member of the Free Church of Lander and was very involved in different aspects of church life.

Terry was an avid outdoorsman. He and his wife loved spending their free time with their children, grandchildren, friends and family skiing, camping, rock hunting, 4-wheeling, fishing, hunting, boating and just being together.

Terry is preceded in death by his grandparents, Pete and Anne Redman, Leon and Ethel Warnock and his father, Duane Redman, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, of 57 years; their three children, Jason (Tanya), Betina (Drew) Turner, and Christopher; six grandchildren, KayLynn, Jenna, Nathan, Lucas, Dawnika and Gaberiel; brother, Mick (Rebecca); mother (Wanda), and several cousins.

Memorial Donations may be made to the Lander Rural Fire Department, Battalion #3, 305 South Smith Road, Riverton, WY 82501.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Free Church, 1215 US Highway 287, Lander, WY 82520. Firefighter Honors will be rendered during the service. Military rites immediately following the service. Everyone is invited to a luncheon afterwards. Private inurnment at a later date will be at the Dubois Cemetery, Dubois, Wyoming.
