Teola May St. Clair

Teola May St. Clair passed on Tuesday November 20, 2012 in the evening at the family home in North Fork, Fort Washakie. She was born on Dec.17, 1951 to the late Edgar B. St. Clair / Pansy D.(Hill) St. Clair.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 24, 2012 from 8:00 am – 10:00 am in the Rocky Mountain Hall, Fort Washakie. The Funeral with Traditional Service will follow at 10:00 am in the same location. Following the services she requested to be cremated.

While growing up she attended Fort Washakie Elementary /Jr.High, Flandreau Indian School, Flandreau, South Dakota, Haskell Indian College, Lawrence, Kansas, Southwestern Indian Polytech Insitute, Albuquerque, New Mexico, & Central Wyoming College, Riverton, Wyoming where she graduated with an Associate degree.

She was employed by and worked in the education system of these schools; Fort Duchesne Jr. High & Roosevelt High School---both located in Utah, Fort Washakie Headstart & District # 21 Fort Washakie School----both located in Wyoming, Was the lead Chef at the Bottle Hollow Hotel/Resort at Fort Duchesne, located on the Uintah/Ouray Ute Reservation----Utah, & Administrator of the Shoshone General Assistance Program at Fort Washakie, located on the Wind River Reservation----Wyo.
