Susan Rae Johnston, 48 of Ethete passed away on March 18, 2018 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. A Visitation with a Rosary will begin at 5:00pm on Thursday, March 22 at Blue Sky Hall in Ethete; an All Night Wake to follow at the family home located at 366 Blue Sky Hwy in Ethete. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00am on Friday, March 23rd at Blue Sky Hall in Ethete with burial to follow at Friday Cemetery.

Susan was born on August 5th, 1969 to Winifred Drake & Paul Johnston her adopted parents were Ron Eagle Chasing & Lona Knight, Ronnie & Arnela Oldman and Eleanor Warren

She worked for the Northern Arapaho Tribe for the last 26 years as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Northern Arapaho Business Council she loved her job and had great compassion for the Arapaho people her expertise and wisdom will be missed by all she was know as the Back Bone to the business council her passing will leave a void within the tribe.
She also worked for the Air Force Base in Albuquerque New Mexico for a short time while attending SIPI.

She attended schools at Mill Creek Elementary, Chemawa Indian Boarding School in Salem Oregon & The Southwestern Indian Polytechnical institute in Albuquerque New Mexico

Susan loved her Grandchildren and always spoiled them with love and small gifts, She enjoyed being with family and attending family events & being outdoors Bob Marley was her favorite musical artist

She is survived by her children Tenielle Johnston, Tianna Armour, Tialyssa Armour, Larranna Hereford, Jacoby Hereford Jr, Tanner Williams, Sorrell Williams and Sandy Williams

Grandchildren RedHorse Mendoza, Faith, Olivia & Jessica Blackburn, Hadley Bender, Skyla spoonhunter & Malachi Mejia
