Ramona 'Moni' Kay (Plume Woman) Hungary passed from this world, with her family at her side, November 18, 2015. A visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23rd at the Blue Sky Hall then at 8:30 move to the home of Donita Oldman Standing Elk located on Thunder Lane in Ethete. Funeral Services will take place at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 24th at Blue Sky Hall in Ethete; burial to follow at Sage – Redman Cemetery in Ethete.
She was born in Lander Wyoming February 20, 1965 to Kristi and Harley Hungary. Moni was a home-maker and incredibly proud of her children and grandchildren.She loved her pets, music, gardening, and nature.She had a deep love for her home on the Wind River Reservation and was proud of her Northern Arapaho heritage.Always kind, her selfless nature lead her to putting the needs of others ahead of her own.No matter what challenge life presented to her, she met it head on with a smile.
Moni is survived by her daughter Renata Riddle-Orr (TJ); son David Mangus; grandchildren Brianna, Alex, AJ; long-time companion Mike Spragg; mother Kristi Hungary; siblings Alicia Hungary, Sharon Darr, Steven & Rachel Hungary; Aunts Anita Gordon, Sharon Meusch (Ted), Alvena Oldman; Uncle Bob Darr (Hannah), numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends as well as the Underwood, Willow, Oldman, Redman, and Shakespeare families.
Moni is preceded in death by her daughter Heather Dawn; father Harley Hungary; brother Kevin Hungary; grandmothers Mary Hungary, Connie Darr; and husbands Alex Riddle and Michael Schommer.
