Rachelle Chelle Wesaw

Rachelle Kelli Wesaw was born on February 11, 1987 to Elise and Glenn Wesaw Sr. of Sand Hills, Wyoming.Rachelle resided on the Wind River Reservation where she spent the majority of her life.She attended Flandreau Indian School most of her high school years before graduating from Chemawa Indian School in Salem, OR.
During her childhood, you would find "Chelle" outdoors, where she enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, and cookouts with her family.Rachelle studied psychology at Central Wyoming College for a brief period of time before she decided to work for the State Training School as a Caregiver.Rachelle spent the majority of her time caring for her only son, Redsun St. John.Rachelle's hobbies included listening to music, watching Medea movies, and hanging out at the casinos with friends and family.Her favorite holiday was Christmas.Rachelle loved star-gazing, beading, cooking, shopping, and experimenting with hair and nails.She always had her nose submerged in an Archie comic book.
Rachelle passed away on February 23, 2017 in Casper, Wyoming.Wake services will be held Monday, February 27, 2017, at 7:00 PM at the Rocky Mountain Hall in Fort Washakie, Wyoming.Traditional funeral services will be the following day at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 28, 2017, also held at the Rocky Mountain Hall.Burial will be at the Sacajawea Cemetery.
