Patricia Ann (Hawk) Riddle

Patricia Ann (Hawk) Riddle, 75, passed away on February 1, 2015 at the Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper, Wyoming after a lengthy battle with several health problems. A service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Hudson's Funeral Home in Lander, Wyoming; visitation will take place beginning at noon prior to the service. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.

Patricia was born on March 5, 1939 to Letha and Neal Hawk in Harlingen, Texas. She met her husband, Robert, in Texas City and was soon married on August 31, 1957. They had three children, Robin, Robert, and Rebecca. She attended college and earned her degree in special education. The family moved to Lander, Wyoming in 1981 where Patricia worked at the Wyoming State Training School until her retirement. She thoroughly enjoyed working with and helping individuals with disabilities. In her free time, Pat enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading, and collecting recipes.

She is survived by her eldest daughter, Robin Phillips, son-in-law, Mike, andtheir children, Garret and Karissa of Rock Springs, Wyoming, her son, Robert Riddle, daughter-in-law, Kymberly, and their children, Cody and Kasey of Laramie, Wyoming, and her youngest daughter, Rebecca McOmie, son-in-law, Craig, and their children Sierra and Emily of Casper, Wyoming, a brother, James Hawk of Dickinson, Texas, a half-sister, KaranellStritz of Texas City, Texas, and several nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Letha and Neal Hawk of Texas City, Texas, step-father, Hans Schoeffler of Texas City, Texas, brotherLeon Hawk of Texas City, Texas, and her husband of 50 years, Robert Riddle of Lander, Wyoming.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Central Wyoming Hospice, 319 South Wilson St. Casper, Wyoming 82601 in her name would be greatly appreciated.
