Mr. Whipps died on Friday, Sept. 23, 2011, at the age of 29 in Aurora, Colorado.
He was born on Jan. 1, 1982, the son of Scotty Joe Rollins and Teresa Jean Whipps.
Survivors include his wife, Luanda Marje Whipps, and their four children, Jazmyne, Jacob, Scotty, and Michael Whipps; his sister, Tamera Rollins, and brother, David Daidrup.
