John "Harvey" Journagan, 57, of Lander Wyoming passed away on January 12, 2016. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Harvey was born May 6, 1958 in Bakersfield, California to
Carol and James Journagan. At the age of 2, the family moved to Hope, Arkansas.
In 1982, Harvey married Debrah (Toombs). The couple spent their time living in Hope, Mississippi and Texas before moving to Wyoming in 1994.
Harvey loved to hunt and fish. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children Kerry (Roy) Arrington Crooks of Lander, Eric of Lander, Jacob of Lander, Kelly (Anthony) Rogers of Alliance, Nebraska; he is also survived by Debrah, his wife of 34 years; five grandchildren, Aerial of Torrington WY; Mason, Lailah, Jordan, Braydenof Lander; his mother Carol of New Mexico; sisters Sue Jones, Yvonne Minster and Wilma King of Louisiana; Brothers Sam of Georgia and James of California; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James William Journagan; brother Wesley Journagan; maternal grandparents John and Betty Bishop.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be mailed directly to Debrah Journagan at PO Box 294 Lander, WY82520.
