Jason T. Irvine

Nov. 29, 1962 – July 22, 2021

Jason T. Irvine, 58, was born in Lander, WY to Dudley E. Irvine and Patricia E. (Penton) Irvine.

Jason held many jobs while living in Lander, from playing Santa at the Elks Club to Cooking at Westward Heights. Most people knew him from his many years spent working at the Fremont County Assessor's office. Most recently he could be found hauling water for many people around the community or working at the ranch.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He was a jokester and could always be found entertaining his many nieces and nephews during family gatherings especially the 4 ^th of July.

He had a passion for collecting; cookbooks, cars, tools, lawn mowers, bicycles, randon boxes bought at auctions. If he could fit it in his truck, it found a spot at home.

Anyone who spent some time with Jason knows that one of his proudest accomplishments in his life was raising his children and the successes they had in their lives.

He is survived in death by his children, Kilynn Irvine of Lander, Cassidy (Abby) Irvine of Lander, Jessica (Marty) Denevan of Enock, UT, Gailene Phillips of Lander and Knighten (Cheyenne) Phillips of Kinnear; his parents Patricia and Dudley Irvine of Lander; brothers, Dudley M (Margy) Irvine of Lander, John (Judy) Irvine of Pittsburgh, PA; sisters, Dennette (Steve) Ward of Phoenix, AZ and Jenothy Irvine of Franklin, IN; grandchildren, Everett, Shatyl, Noah, Jonah, Ava, Trapper, Sierra, Henry, Stori and Stryder; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Tex and Jean (Hornecker) Irvine, and John and Dorothy (Visokey) Penton.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 2, 2021, 10:00 AM at the Museum of the American West Livery Stables, Lander, Wyoming.  Interment will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Lander, Wyoming.
