Jason Dale Hoaks was born in Silver Spring, Maryland to Boyd Dale Hoaks and Lois Anne Hoaks. He grew up in the Maryland area for the next 7 years and then moved to Lander, Wyoming. Where he has resided since.
He graduated from LVHS and continued his education at LCCC, Cheyenne and CWC, in Riverton. He is currently a student of the University of Wyoming.
He was a Deputy Sheriff with the Fremont County Sheriff Office.
He was extremely skilled in the art of self defense obtaining numerous Karate Belts.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, and numerous great-aunts & great-uncles.
He is survived by parents, Boyd Dale Hoaks & Lois Anne Hoaks.
Jason has battled cancer for many years and is out of pain and no longer suffering. He died in Lander.
