Jacqueline Mildred Finlayson

Jacqueline "Jackie" Finlayson, 92, died peacefully surrounded by family and friends. She dedicated her life to her husband of 59 years, kids, and later grandkids. Jackie always made family a priority above everything and enjoyed being around all her family here in Lander. Mom was so kind and loving to everybody, a heart so genuine you felt it. Jackie said several times at the end of her life she didn't want to miss the bus that was coming to take her back home, she knew she was going home to be with the Lord. Rest easy Mom you are home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Finlayson; mother, Mildred Sargeant; father, Irving Sargeant; and sister, Barbara Sargeant.

Survivors include son, Brett Finlayson; daughter, Janine (Stacy) Bestul; grandson, Cody (Kylie) Finlayson; granddaughter, Ashleigh (Bret) Soward; and great-grandchildren, Axell Soward and Reve Soward.

A special thanks to her family at Westward Heights who cared and loved her, making her last days so special and comfortable. We are forever thankful to all of you.
