Ila Ann Bennett, 80, of Lander, Wyoming died on December 14, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ila Ann Bennett was born on August 22, 1937 to Ila Ann Groesbeck in Provo, Utah. She graduated from Springville High School. She married Kay Bennet on December 5, 1959. Ila was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, local chapter and she was very active in the local group, Our Nite Out, which she attended every month. Ila was a lover of wildflowers and bird watching. She also loved her church, her friends, and her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Kay Bennett; son, Jeremy Scott Bennet; and brother, Robert Groesbeck of Las Vegas.
Survivors include her daughters; Kelli Jones of Lander, Wyoming, Jill (Scott) Sweglar of Las Vegas, Nevada; son, Mark Bennett of Lander, Wyoming; and sister Carolyn Losse of Salt Lake City, Utah; sister-in-laws, Nancy Anne Bennett of Provo, Utah and Pat Groesbeck of Las Vegas, Nevada; Ila had six grandchildren; Tyler Scott Stagner, Sunshine Rae (Bill) Jones, Amber Rose Stagner, Dustie Dawn Stagner, Timothy Scott (April) Bennett, and Sara Anne (Allen) Wilkerson. She had four great-grandchildren; Duke Liam Jones, McKinzie Anne Wilkerson, Allie Aleta Wilkerson, and one on the way.
