Helen Radden

Memorial funeral services for Helen Jane Radden, 92, of Lander will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the Chapel of Mount Hope, Hudson's Funeral Home in Lander at 10:30 a.m. Mrs. Radden passed away on August 15, 2009 at the Lander Regional Hospital.

Helen Jane (Rees) Radden was born on April 6, 1917 in Springview, Nebraska to M.C. Rees and Grace Newsham (Rees). She married Warren F. Radden on April 4, 1936 at Springview, Nebraska. She was a homemaker and a mother while her children grew up, and was a member of the Bethel Lutheran Church.

Helen enjoyed playing cards with her friends, as well as playing cards and bingo at the Sr. Citezens center. She also enjoyed watching hummingbirds off the deck of a special niece.

She is survived by her sons; Roger Radden and his wife Pat, of Billings, Mt, and James Radden and his wife Rachel, of Rock Springs, Wy, one sister Ruth Andrews, of Lander, WY five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grand child as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Warren F. Radden, two sisters Mary and Velma, her daughter Mary Jo Watson and a grandson Tommy Jo Watson.
