Frances Elizabeth Clements died July 31, 2010 in Fort Washakie, Wyoming. Frances was born July 27, 1916 in Oxford, Nebraska to Oscar Alexander Rankin and Florence May Jordan.

She had 3 sisters and 2 brothers. She was married 3 times to Charles W. Carner, Hoot Countryman, and Curtis Clements.

She had 8 children Florence Jean (Gerald) Rose, of Grand Junction, CO, Marilyn J. McBride, of Lander, WY, Grace L. Hallowell, of LaCresenta, CA, Charles L .(Ruth) Carner, of Lander, WY, James A. (Barbara) Carner, of Muldrow, OK, Richard D. (Karen) Carner, of Monroeville, PA, Robert E. (Donna) Carner, of Eaton, CO, and Kerry A. (Gene) Wale, of Longview Washington. There are 26 Grand Children, 33 Great Grand Children, 5 Great-Great Grand Children (included one not yet born).

She was preceded in death by: 2 sisters, 1 brother, 3 husbands, 1 grand child, and 1 great grand child.

A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Jeffery City, WY at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 7, 2010.
