Lander resident Esther Louise Wenzel passed away at the Lander Valley Regional Medical Center on Friday, September. 24,2010. She was born in Grand Junction, Colorado on March 28,1929. Cremation has
taken place.
A celebration of Louise's life for family and close friends is planned for October 17 in Pavillion. Memorials may be mailed directly to Alzheimer's Foundation, PO Box 1493, Casper, WY 82602.
Louise lived a long and adventurous life which included work in the Health Care Field as Dr.
Gullickson's original office nurse for many years, and as an employee of the Exxon Corporation. During those years in her mid fifties, she worked as a housekeeper abroad the Exxon oil tankers which allowed her numerous trips along both coast lines and thru the Panama Canal.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Frank and Irene Robberson and brother
Frank Robberson, Jr. and one grandson.
She is survived by two daughters, one son and daughter in law, seven grand children and thirteen great grandchildren, as well as, numerous nieces and nephews.
