Lanelle was born March 27, 1968, in Lander, Wyoming to Rupert Goggles Sr. and Iris Oldman. Her Indian name is Early Morning Woman "Nonooke' Hisei". She attended and graduated from Wyoming Indian High School. After high school she moved to South Dakota, and had three daughters, Lawayne, Tara, and Lillian, with her former husband Clifford Black Elk Sr.. She had lived there for a decade before moving back home to the Wind River Reservation. Lanelle became a long time teacher at the Early Head-Start of the Ethete and Arapahoe areas. This was a job she loved and cared for with all of her heart. She then remarried to her current husband Henry Paul Warren Sr. where they lived together on Red Crow for many years. Favorite pass times included early morning sunrises, spending time with their fur-baby Nebi, watching movies/TV shows, going to the casinos, going to the Chiefs games of Wyoming Indian schools, going to sweats, and spending time with family and their numerous grandchildren. Lanelle was a Catholic and was a firm believer of the Nothern Arapaho traditional ways.
