Edna Rena Scott, 81 of Lander, WY passed away on October 26, 2015 at her home with family by her side. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Lander.
Edna was born December 6, 1933 to Walter D. Bell and Eva A. Soper in Nebraska.
Edna went to school and graduated from Lander Valley High school. She worked as a teller at the First National Bank until she met her husband Roy Scott; they were married March 11, 1956 and had eight children (2 boys and 6 girls). They were married for 44 years until Roy passed away in 2000.
She was a very loving and giving mom and grandma. She loved to garden, sew, horses, taking walks and bird watching. Most of all she loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Edna was baptized as one of the Jehovah Witnesses in 1960; it brought her great joy to tell others about Jehovah God and His creation.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Eva Bell; and her husband, Roy Scott.
Survivors include Shelly Cross, Tracy Scott, Tuesday (Glen) Garton, Kindall (Bill) Clevland, Brady (Cara) Scott, Edee (Tim) Jones, April (Ed) Fauque and Jared (Annie) Scott.She had 18 grandchildren and 21 great-great grandchildren.
