Earl LeBeau, 81, died in Ethete on Friday, May 4, 2012.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 10, at the Rocky Mountain Hall at Fort Washakie. Burial will be at the Aragon Cemetery in Fort Washakie.
A Wake is at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9, at the 696 Ethete Rd. and will continue throughout the night.
Earl LeBeau, was born on the Eastern Shoshone Reservation in Fort Washakie on Saturday, January 31, 1934. Earl Grew up in the Trout Creek area and attended schools in Ft. Washakie. He worked for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in the Fish & Game, Roads and Irrigation Departments in Ft. Dachesne, Utah, and Fort Washakie, Wyoming. Earl was a logger and Rancher and enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding snowmobiles with his wife Harlene. Earl had a passion for breaking horses and taking care of his livestock. He loved playing guitar and singing and enjoyed time with his wife, family and friends.
Earl is survived by his wife Harlene LeBeau, Children; Bennie(Christine) of Fort Washakie, Wade (Tressa) of Boulder Flats, Jola, Rhonda and Tommy of Fort Washakie, Wyoming, brother; Newman LeBeau of Evanston, Wyoming, and 23 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 1 great- great grandchild
Preceded in death by: mother Marie LeBeau, sisters; Junita, Mary and Irene, son; Hildred, grandchildren; Chi, Dink, Magnolia and Winter Haw
