Dorothy (Dottie) Crockett (Henderson,) age 66, passed away at Wind River Rehabilitation and Wellness in Riverton, WY. on November 20, 2020.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Due to COVID – 19, a Celebration of Life will be planned for next summer.
Dorothy Louise Crockett was born in Lander, WY on December 14, 1953. She attended school in Lander and graduated in 1972.
She worked for the Fremont County Sheriff's Office, Westward Heights, The Tannery, Lander Hospital and The Highwayman Café. She loved camping, riding horses, arts and crafts and spending time with her family. She was talented in so many ways. She built her oldest granddaughter a full-size doll house with every little detail. Her sons won Halloween costume contests at school because of her talent and creativity. She also did great upholstery work, especially in vehicles. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was always there when you needed her and she will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her father, Bob Henderson.3 sisters Elona Sinka, Cheryl Sinka and Paula Henderson and their families. Two sons, Ed Driver (Mary) and Robby (Riann) Ingwerson. 5 grandchildren Ciara (Layne) LaJeunesse, Ariana (Mario) Cabanas. Jesse Driver, Hailey Ingwerson and Derik Ingwerson. 3 great-grandchildren, Gabriella LaJeunesse, Jackson Cabanas and Mia Cabanas. Her beloved cousin Joy Hiser and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Henderson, grandmother, Dorothy Hays and grandfather, Ed Hays.
