Funeral services for Calvin James Pingree, life long residence of Fort Washakie, Wyoming are at 2:00 pm, Monday, May 3, 2010 at his mother, Rosa Niedo's residence, #9 rose lane, south forth road, Fort Washakie, Wyoming. The reverend Darwin Niedo will officiate. There will be a viewing on Sunday, May 2, 2010 beginning at 5:00pm with a wake service at 7:00pm also at Rosa Niedo's residence. Interment will follow at Sacajawea Cemetery, Fort Washakie, Wyoming.

Calvin James Pingree was born in fort Washakie, WY @ home on December 20, 1956, the son of Rosalie (Pingree) Niedo and the late Ray Niedo. He attended school at fort Washakie elementary at Fort Washakie, Wyoming. He came from the clan of Moo-ui-gi-wah-nt of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe.

Calvin enjoyed western movies, mash, he loved driving his go cart, hunting, horseshoes, fishing, camping, Avid Warm Valley Senior Center participant, word search, ride bike, gambling, traveling to Oklahoma to see family, he loved his nieces and nephews.

Calvin was survived by his mother, Rosa Niedo; brothers; Darwin Niedo, Gary Niedo and wife Alva, Warren Niedo and wife Christine, Brian Peahrora and wife Patricia, Zane Niedo and wife Rosalind, Whiteman Niedo, Joe Niedo and wife Ruth of Wisconsin ; sister; Alicia cook and husband Ken; Kay Pingree and companion Steve Lewis, Rebecca Washakie and husband Charles, Glenda Havilik and husband Don from Wisconsin, Caroline Nipinski and husband Donald from Wisconsin , Vivian hale from Lawton, Oklahoma , Nelda Zephner from Lawton, Oklahoma, Elenore Mcdaniels and husband from Lawton, Oklahoma. Uncles Chester Pingree, Sr, David Wagon Sr., numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Special thanks to Starr Weed, Sr. and Zelma Weed and her family and Matthew Norah.

He was preceded in death by his father Ray Niedo, and sister Cheryl Hill . brothers Bernerd Niedo, and Willis Niedo. Uncles Peter Peahrora, Charles Peahrora, Robert Peahrora and Daniel Peahrora, Abe large and Menno Niedo, Joy Niedo. Aunts, Anna Marie Shoyo, Eunice Peahrora, Elenore Perry. Grandparents James Pingree and Alice Peahrora, Joseph and We yah wet zah Niedo. Long time friends Stanley Leclair and Ivan Wagon.
