Traditional Funeral Services for Brenda Joyce Tidzump Romero Oldman are to be held Monday March 18th, 2013 at Rocky Mountain Hall at 12:00 pm. A wake will be held Sunday March 17th, 2013 at 7 pm at Rocky Mountain Hall. Services will continue throughout the night at her home at 31 Sand Hills Road.

Brenda passed away with family by her side Wednesday March 13th, 2013 at Lander Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Brenda Joyce Tidzump was born December 28th, 1943 in Fort Washakie to Dick Luke and Bessie (Hebah) Tidzump. She was the 6th of 10 children.
Brenda married Arthur P "Taddy" Romero; from this union she had 4 children. Mani, Karen Renee, Tina Louise, and Stephanie Joyce Romero. Following the death of Taddy Brenda married Duane Josiah Oldman. From this union she had 2 children, Gretta Ann and Duane Josiah Oldman Jr.
Brenda was a strong believer in the Native American Ways. She attended many Pow-wows and Sundances. She enjoyed being around her grandchildren and family, beading, and driving around.
Brenda is survived by her Children Mani (Deanna) Romero, of Johnstown Valley, WY, Karen Romero of Seattle WA, Tina Romero of Gillette, WY, Stephanie Romero, of Seattle WA, Gretta Oldman of Boulder Flats, WY, Duane "DJ" (Dawn) Oldman Jr of Lander, WY, Arlene Oldman of Ethete WY, and their families. Sisters Delores Tidzump, Delane Gould, and Donna Wesaw of Fort Washakie, Theresa Whiteman of Boulder Flats, and Norma Medina of Thornton CO, Sister in Law Iris Oldman of Arapaho, WY, Brother Wesley Tidzump of Fort Washakie WY.Aunts Mildred Weeles, Pansy St Clair, Katherine Shakespeare, and Zethel Hill of Fort Washakie. Numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
She is preceded in Death by her parents, husbands Taddy Tidzump and Duane Oldman, Brothers Walter Tidzump Sr, James Bramley, and Ivan Tidzump. Grandparents Thad Tidzump and Annie Washakie Tidzump, Dolly Timbana Hebah and Walter Wallace Hebah. Great grandparents Chief Washakie and Crow Woman, John Timbana and Maggie McAdams Timbana, John Hebah, Robert Hebah, John TIdzump, Aunts Marjorie Tillman and Lizzie Panzetanga.
