Barbara Stout

A celebration of the life for a special part of our family, Barbara June Stout, will be held at the Farson-Eden School gymnasium on December 5, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. There will be lunch and fellowship at the school, following the graveside service.

A longtime resident of Farson, Wyoming, Barbara, 65, died November 30, 2009, from complications due impart to a two-year battle with cancer.

She was born August 20, 1944 in Ogden, UT to Neal and Helen (Tyler) Boyce. Barb was raised and attended school in Pinedale, Wyoming.

She married Allen Stout on December 10, 1964 in the Baptist Church in Farson. Together they started a family and raised four daughters.

When Barb wasn't doting on her five grandchildren, she enjoyed reading, camping, bargain hunting at garage sales, pinochle, playing the slots and watching the hummingbirds come and go on her front porch.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 44 years; Allen Stout; Mother; Helen Stout of Jackson, Sisters; Gracie of Jackson, Linda and Karen of Rock Springs; four daughters, Londa Stout of Rock Springs, Lisa Ackerman of Rock Springs, Billie Vanlandingham of Laramie and Shaneal Miller and husband J.B. of Rock Springs; five grandchildren: Keaton, Justin, Tanner, Jason and Payton.
