April Lee Friday (Eagle Feather – Neniixoo Kuuneet), 50, of Riverton, Wyoming passed away on July 5th, 2024, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming. Wake service will be held at 7pm, Tuesday, July 9th at Blue Sky Hall in Ethete, Wyoming. All night wake will follow at 16 South Fork Road in Fort Washakie. Funeral services will be held at 10am, Wednesday, July 10th at Blue Sky Hall with internment at Chief Washakie Cemetery. Feast to follow at Blue Sky Hall.

April Lee Friday was born on April 15, 1974, to Edward and Joleen Quiver in Lander, Wyoming. April graduated from St. Stephens High School and also earned an associate's degree from Oshkosh-Wisconsin. April was on the honor roll in both high school and college. She was employed at the Hines Trading Post, Northern Arapaho Tribal Enrollment, Northern Arapaho Human Resources, and the Eastern Shoshone Boys & Girls Club. April's hobbies included building Legos, playing board games, cooking & baking, enjoying time with family including her grandchildren. April was an avid sports fan and loved watching her treasured Denver Broncos, Boston Celtics, and Boston Red Sox. April also enjoyed visiting the local casinos and playing bingo.

April touched many lives by bringing joy to everyone she encountered. Her humor always brought good energy to any situation. April was a natural leader and very intelligent. She touched many lives and was always eager to help and lend an ear. April loved unconditionally.

April is survived by her husband Bernard Michael Friday, children, Xavier Brandon Guina, Olivia June Guina, Tarren Friday, Ailee Friday, Gianna Friday. Mother, Joleen Quiver, Brothers, Abraham Shirley, Arrow Quiver, Nathan Tillman, Sherman Sage. Grandmothers, Judy Large, Emily Niedo, Sharon Joy Ortegon, Cindy Winn, Ardene Ruvalcaba, Joetta Armour, Theresa Marie Wells. Grandfathers, Terry Enos, Bill Sage. Uncles, Wayne Felter, Allison Sage, Jr., Allen Enos. Aunts, Karen Jean Chingman, Della Sage, Johanna Lopez, Laverne Hutchinson, Julia Whiteman. Ten grandchildren and the families of Sage, Enos, Posey, Felter, Goggles, Friday, Trosper, Calling Thunder, Quiver, and Yellow Plume.

April is preceded in death by her father, Edward Lee Quiver. Grandfathers, Allison Sage Sr., George Quiver. Grandmothers, Audrey Enos-Sage, Patricia Enos-Iron, Pamela Enos, Alberta Quiver. Aunts, Kathy Sage, Charlotte Felter. Brothers, Bo Quiver, Floyd Chingman. Niece, Jesalyn Mink and numerous other beloved relatives.

The family apologizes for not including everyone as April had a big family and loved everyone.
