A Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, June 20, 2011 at the Hudson Funeral Home and inurnment will follow in Mt. hope Cemetery in Lander, Wy.
Mrs. Nunn died February 5, 2011 at the age of 88 at Westward Heights in Lander.She was born February 19, 1922 in Superior, Wy. To parents Mary (Rossi) and Virgil Pecoraro.
At the age of three her mother died and she was raised then by her grandmother and Grandfather Charles and Anna Rossi five miles south of Lander on the Rossi homestead.She attended rural school at Boulder Hill and later high school in Lander.
On August 6, 1942 she married Robert "Bob" V. Nunn and they resided on the family ranch on Willow Creek south of Lander.In 1952 she was employed at Bishop Randall Hospital where she worked for many years and became the office manager.
She enjoyed her family, painting figurines, birthday clubs, church clubs, gardening and homemaking.
She is survived by one son, John (Linda) Nunn of Laramie; one granddaughter, Abbey Nunn; one grandson J T Nunn (Kristi) Nunn; two great grandsons, Garrett and Coulter Nunn all from Laramie; and one niece, Melody Harding of Hysham, Montana and numerous cousins.
Mrs.Nunn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband "Bob" Nunn, brother Frank Pecoraro, and sister Evelyn Pecoraro.
