Wake services will be held at 7 pm at Blue Sky Hall on September 9th, 2024 and an all-night visitation will follow at the family home at 671 Ethete Rd.
Funeral services will take place at Blue Sky Hall on September 10th, 2024 at 10am.
Burial will take place at the Yellow Calf Cemetery.
Alan Jenkins Jr, 32, passed away at home on September 5th, 2024. He was born on March 28th, 1992 to the late Alan Sr and Bernadette Jenkins in Riverton Wy.
Alan often known to everyone as "Alan Mike" was a very outgoing person who loved cracking jokes and being around family. Growing up he attended Wyoming Indian schools but later received his GED. He had attended CWC for auto mechanics but he said that the greatest teacher he had was his father, mechanics was one of his biggest passions. Later on in life He met his wife Cheyenne and got married on September 7th, 2021. They had spent most of their time traveling the midwestern states and had recently come back from a weekend getaway trip to New Mexico, and of course taking care of their 5 furbabies: Philly, Raff, Blue, Teekon, and his biggest baby Zenelope. In his other downtime, he was always playing basketball or video games. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews always teaching them the game of basketball or doing different activities. He especially enjoyed getting to spend a good portion of this year with his nieces Gracie-Ann and Kiira Rose who he often called "His Babies", you could always catch them watching "their" movie Moana
He is survived by his wife Cheyenne Jenkins, and his siblings Richard, Darian(Halle), Clay, and Alexandra(Nathaniel) Jenkins. Maternal grandparents Pual and Veronica Lawson and Delbert Dodge, Grandmas Lavern Hutchinson, Julia Whiteman Aunts Marliss, Lois, and Victoria Quiver, Marcellia Redman, Cathy and Michaela Dodge, Patsy and Jessica Lawson, Christina Carpenter and Maria Delgado, Uncles: Michael and Clinton Monroe, Brian Dodge, and Kent Carpenter. Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and the families of Bell, Dodge, Posey, Whitefeather, Jenkins, Spoonhunter, and Quiver
He was preceded in death by his parents Alan and Bernadette Jenkins, Paternal grandparents Kenneth Jenkins and Mary Alice Quiver-Addison Paternal Great Grandparents Nickerson Quiver and Alice Spoonhunter, Maternal great-grandparents Isaac and Agnes Bell, Maternal grandparents Elizabeth Ann Dodge and Gus Whitefeather, Uncle Wesley "Hoss" Quiver Sr. and brother Theron Quiver
